Job description:
- Participating in building, amending and supplementing the company's charter, internal rules and regulations
- Drafting and assessing the legality of documents issued by the Company (documents/contracts/...)
- Managing, controlling, building a legal information data system (timely meet the needs of departments in the system & company operations)
- Procedures related to the establishment of a representative office, establishment and changes of business registration certificates
- Internal control (the implementation of the law, the charter, the company's rules, regulations... legal issues)
- Risk control and prevention
- Handling complaints
- Supporting human resources (Management, implementation of social insurance, trade union, labor contract and personnel, administrative records)
- Legal advice and support to the BOD
- Other arising tasks at the request of superiors
Job requirement:
- Male/Female, Age 22-30
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Graduated from Law in Human Resources Management / Secretarial / Business Administration is preferred
- Good organizational skills, time management, work, communication, negotiation, negotiation, persuasion, problem solving
- Agile, proactive, responsible, careful to withstand pressure at work
- Sociable, fun, good coordination with other departments
